These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RYKELA platform, website, applications, tools, community, referral program, learning academy and any associated features (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter a binding agreement and to hold a membership. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
2. Membership & Billing
Membership is offered on a subscription or one-time basis depending on the tier you select. Billing frequency, taxes and cancellation terms are disclosed before payment. We do not store full payment card details; payments are processed by third-party payment processors.
3. Referral Program
Participation in the RYKELA referral program is subject to program rules, verified qualifying activity, refund and chargeback adjustments and applicable law. Rewards and commissions are not guaranteed and results vary.
4. Community Conduct
You agree not to post unlawful, harassing, deceptive or infringing content and to respect the privacy of other members. RYKELA may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services, including branding, software, courses, templates and design, are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes as permitted by your membership.
6. AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before publication or business use. You are responsible for how you use those outputs.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RYKELA does not guarantee income, business results, travel eligibility or specific outcomes.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
