Rewards, Earnings & Promotions Terms

RYKELA does not pay members for time spent, for scrolling, for watching content, or for logging in. There is no passive income program.

Earning on RYKELA is always tied to something a person can review: a piece of work you created, a skill you demonstrated, a resource you sold, or a paid membership purchased by someone you genuinely referred.

XP, levels, streaks and badges are progress signals only. They are not currency, they cannot be redeemed, transferred or sold, and they have no cash value.

RYKELA makes no representation or guarantee about how much money any member will earn. Most members will earn nothing.

Any figure shown anywhere on RYKELA is either your own recorded activity or a clearly labelled example. Examples are not projections.

You are responsible for your own taxes on anything you earn, and for reporting it correctly in your jurisdiction.

Every challenge publishes its brief, its judging criteria, its reward and its closing date before entries open. Those published terms govern the challenge.

No purchase and no paid membership is ever required to enter a RYKELA challenge.

Entries must be your own original work. Plagiarised, AI-laundered, purchased or misattributed entries are disqualified, and repeat offences end your account.

Prizes are only paid where a prize has been funded and stated in the challenge. Where a challenge states that a prize is pending funding, no prize is owed.

Judging is performed by RYKELA reviewers against the published criteria. Decisions are final.

Referral commissions are one-time. You earn a commission once, on the qualifying purchase made by a person you referred. There is no recurring or residual commission.

Commissions become payable after the refund window on that purchase has closed. Refunded, charged-back or fraudulent purchases earn nothing.

Self-referrals, fake accounts, incentivised sign-ups, spam, and paid advertising that uses the RYKELA name or bids on RYKELA branded search terms are prohibited and void the commission.

RYKELA is not a multi-level marketing program. There is no downline, no recruitment requirement, and no earnings from the referrals of the people you referred.

You may only list resources you created and own the rights to. You keep the majority of each sale; platform and payment processing fees are shown before you publish.

Payouts are made through our payment processor and are subject to its verification requirements.

Infringing, plagiarised, unsafe or misleading listings are removed.

Any RYKELA prize drawing is a promotional sweepstakes, not a lottery, contest of chance for consideration, or gambling product.

No purchase is ever necessary and a purchase will never improve your chance of winning. A free method of entry is always available.

A drawing cannot open until its official rules, sponsor name and address, eligibility, excluded jurisdictions, entry period, drawing date, free entry method and odds statement have all been published, and a legal review has been recorded. Until then the framework stays inactive and no entries are accepted.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners may be required to verify identity and eligibility and to sign an affidavit and release where the law requires it.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

RYKELA may withhold, void or reclaim any reward obtained through fraud, misrepresentation, automation, bulk account creation, vote manipulation or breach of these terms.

Attempting to game rewards affects other members directly, so enforcement is strict.

These terms may change as programs launch, close or are funded. Material changes are published here with an updated date, and challenges already open continue under the terms published when they opened.
